The first leg and the one that pays for the others. We do exterior remodeling for homeowners and build on the sites we acquire, with our own crews and the systems we wrote to run them.
Exterior remodeling
Roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters and full exterior renovations. Every job is scheduled, documented and invoiced through Pillar CRM, so the homeowner sees the same photos, estimate and progress our office sees. Our crews are the same people we trust on our own buildings.
Development
When a parcel is ready, the construction leg builds on it: site work, shell and finish, managed phase by phase with the same crews, trades and required job packets we use on remodel work. Building for ourselves keeps us honest about cost and quality, because we are the ones who will own it afterward.
Why it comes first
Construction is cash-producing from day one. That income is what lets East Pillar buy land without outside pressure and hold it on its own timeline, and it is where every improvement to our software starts: on a real job, with a real crew, on a real deadline.
